TEHRAN, Sep. 18 (MNA) – A magnitude-5.1 earthquake struck northern Italy on Monday, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).

Northern Italy was struck by a 5.1 magnitude earthquake early hours of Mondy, about 44 kilometers (27.3 miles) from Florence, according to the US Geological Survey.

The quake had a depth of 10 kilometers.

Details of possible casualties and damages of the earthquake have not been released yet.
