Media sources reported Monday that an explosion hit Israeli-owned Rafael military-industrial plant in the northwestern city of Haifa and its sound was heard in the occupied Palestinian territories.
Rafael Company claimed that the explosion in Haifa occurred due to a military test.
Earlier in December, news sources reported a fire at a petrochemical plant in the port of Haifa.
