TEHRAN, Mar. 12 (MNA) – Paying a visit to Khosravi border in the western Kermanshah province on Tuesday, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, Abbas Araghchi announced that the joint border with Iraq will be re-opened after some existing security concerns end.

As he informed, the issue is being investigated by Iranian military, security and information services and the final decision will be made by Supreme National Security Council.

“President Rouhani is in Iraq now and one the main issues for him to confer on with Iraqi officials is the two sides’ transactions at the joint borders,” he said.
