TEHRAN, Nov. 21 (MNA) – Chairman of International Studies Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Seyed Mohammad Kazem Sajjadpour said that US bullying hegemony has jeopardized security and stability in the Middle East and the world.

He made the remark on Wed. in the 10th panel discussion of the international and political dialogues, held at the venue of Japanese Foreign Ministry in Tokyo saying, “US unilateral withdrawal from Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and re-imposition of trade and economic sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran are not an issue only between Tehran and Washington, rather, it violates international laws. However, US pullout from JCPOA means a move taken by US against other countries including Europe and Japan.”

He went on to adde that the noble nation of Iran, relying upon their domestic and regional capacities, will successfully move out of this crisis.

Elsewhere in his remarks, Sajjadpour reiterated, “over the past four decades, Iranian people have proven that they can stand up firmly against challenges more severe than these sanctions and manage them well.”

As attended by a group of researchers and university lecturers from different Japanese universities, Sajjadpour pointed to the long history of cooperation and amicable relationship between Iran and Japan and added, “holding constructive talks and exchanging views between relevant institutes of the two countries is essential at the current regional and international condition.”

Sajjadpour pointed to the 90th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Iran and Japan and added, “we hope to witness the developing and deepening bilateral relationship between the two countries in all fields.”
