TEHRAN, Nov. 05 (MNA) – The Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has held separate telephone conversations with foreign ministers of the United Kingdom and Norway to discuss the latest developments in bilateral relations as well as the JCPOA.

The two separate telephone conversations with his British and Norwegian counterparts focused on bilateral relations as well as Iran nuclear deal also known as the JCPOA.

The UK Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt emphasized commitment of the UK and other signatories of the JCPOA to the agreement and called for preparation and immediate implementation of the European mechanism to continue economic cooperation with Iran.

The Norwegian Foreign Minister Ine Marie Eriksen Søreide also expressed her country’s support for the implementation of the JCPOA and expansion of bilateral relations.

The recent Danish government’s claims on an Iranian-Norwegian citizen was another issue discussed in the phone talks and the Iranian foreign minister expressed Iran’s readiness to fully cooperate with European states to discover the truth about the issue.
