TEHRAN, Jul. 14 (MNA) – Slovenian Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec said that Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) is a good model for solving international issues and challenges and that Ljubljana supports the deal.

He made the remarks in a Friday meeting with Iranian ambassador to Slovenia Morteza Darzi Ramandi.

Touching upon Iran’s position, the Slovenian minister highlighted the country’s key role in resolving crises of the region.

Erjavec also expressed happiness regarding developments of the two countries’ bilateral ties, especially in economic domain.

Darzi, for his part, appreciated the support of Slovenian government for expanding relations between the two nations.

He presented a report about the latest status of Tehran-Ljubljana cooperation in different areas.

Darzi’s mission in Slovenia has ended and he is going to be replaced by Kazem Shafei.
