TEHRAN, Jun. 29 (MNA) – Commenting on efficiency, success, plus points and shortcomings of the 2nd edition of Belt and Road Journalists Forum, the participants and organizers of the event wrapped up the forum on Monday in Xiamen.

With a summary conference at Royal Victoria Hotel of Xiamen, the Second edition of the Belt and Road Journalists Forum came to an end on Monday afternoon.

At the summary meeting, the participants pointed out to the positive and negative sides of the whole initiative and also the forum and discussed the ways to have further cooperation in the area of media and journalism.

Also the concluding event was addressed by the Secretary General of Fujian Journalists Association Xiaowei Cai and the Executive Secretary of All-China Journalists’ Association Wang Dongmei.

The 2018 edition of the Belt and Road Journalists Forum kicked off on Tuesday June 19 in Beijing. Hosting more than 100 delegates from 52 countries and regions of the world, the second edition of the event saw a triple extension from the first edition in 2017 where only 30 delegates attended the forum.
