TEHRAN, Jun. 18 (MNA) – Iran’s University of Applied Science and Technology Branch of Bushehr and German’s Fachhochschule des Mittelstands (FHM) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on increasing academic ties.

A special meeting was held between the officials of the two universities on Sunday in Bushehr to discuss topics regarding business and entrepreneurship tutorials, said Saied Zarrin, an official with the Iranian university.

At the end of the meeting an MOU was signed which an aim to boost bilateral academic ties in different spheres.

Accordingly under the agreement, joint research projects will be conducted based on the needs of Bushehr province, he added.

FHM is among reputable universities of Germany, he said, adding that some 6,000 students are studying different courses in the center.
