TEHRAN, May. 05 (MNA) – Alaeddin Boroujerdi, the Chairman of Iran's Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Commission reassured that Iran will not keep obeying the JCPOAS limitations if US leave the agreement.

“If US is going to restore anti-Iran sanctions through leaving the JCPOA, it would be illogical for our country to keep observing the limitations,” said Alaeddin Boroujerdi, the Chairman of Iran's Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, in Tehran on Saturday.

His remarks came after comments made by US officials saying that US would stay in the deal for a short period of time.

“We have to assert that Trump will be the loser of the game he has started about the JCPOA,” articulated the Iranian senior law maker.

“When an international treaty is violated, or threatened to be violated, by US it is a debacle for the international reputation of this country and it gives the impression that US is not a trustworthy partner internationally,” he maintained.

“As a result we would wait for the specified date to see what US will do in order to put into practice our pre-planned scenarios,” he added.
