TEHRAN, Feb. 14 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zartif who is in Kuwait City attending the Kuwait International Conference for the Reconstruction of Iraq (KICRI) met with Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad Al Sabah on Wednesday on the sidelines of the event.
