TEHRAN, Dec. 23 (MNA) – Iran’s Speaker of the Parliament Ali Larijani headed to Islamabad today to take part in a three-day conference on challenges of terrorism and inter-regional connectivity.

A three-day Speakers’ Conference is being held at Islamabad from 23rd to 25th December, 2017 where Speakers of regional stakeholders including Afghanistan, China, Iran, Pakistan, Russian Federation and Turkey are expected to participate along with their respective parliamentary delegations.

The conference, which is hosted by National Assembly of Pakistan, will focus on Parliamentary cooperation for peace, connectivity and prosperity in the region, according to Pakistan National Assembly website.
