TEHRAN, Dec. 22 (MNA) – After the UN General Assembly voted unanimously against the United States decision to relocate its embassy to al-Quds, in a tweet Iranian foreign minister called the UNGA resolution a big ‘no’ to Trump’s threats.

Mohammad Javad Zarif’ tweet reads “a resounding global 'NO' to Trump regime’s thuggish intimidation at UN.”

On Thursday Dec. 22 the UN General Assembly passed the resolution by a vote of 128 to 9 with 35 countries abstaining. The resolution condemns both US recognition of al-Quds as the capital of Israeli regime as well as Washington's decision to move its embassy to the city.
