TEHRAN, Dec. 13 (MNA) – Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi, chairing a delegation, headed for Vienna to attend a meeting of the Joint Commission of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

In the regular JCPOA Joint Commission Meeting, the 5+1 and Iran at the level of Political Directors/Deputy Foreign Ministers will discuss the implementation of the nuclear deal with Iran at the Palais Coburg Hotel in Vienna later today.

Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Sayed Abbas Araghchi told reporters on the sidelines of the ‘Regional Security in West Asia’ on Monday that he will be chairing an Iranian delegation to discuss nuclear issues and commitments related to implementation of the JCPOA and cooperation between the two sides and the lifting of sanctions.

Araghchi added that "in the Iranian delegation, there are a number of experts from Iran’s foreign ministry and the Atomic Energy Organization.”

The regular JCPOA Joint Commission Meeting is held once every three months.
