Bahram Ghasemi, Spokesman of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, condemned the terrorist attacks last night in Medjugorje, northeast Nigeria, which killed and injured more than 100 people, and expressed sympathy with families of the victims.
The official said that continuation, spread and intensification of terrorist attacks in different countries of the world indicated that despite international efforts and endeavors, the international community has a long way to go before completely eradicating the scourge. “It is imperative that all national, regional and global capacities be used to clear the world of terrorism,” he continued.
