Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani forwarded a message of congratulations to his Lebanese counterpart Michel Aoun on the 11th anniversary of Lebanon’s victory in the 33-day war waged by Israeli regime.
“This valuable historic victory achieved through sacrifices and acts of bravery made by resistance fighters, Army forces, government’s support and endurance of the Lebanese nation, once again proved the invincibility of people’s firm determination in their defense of their land,” Pres. Rouhani wrote in his letter to Aoun.
He further prayed for the president’s continued health and success, as well as the Lebanese nation’s felicity and prosperity.
