TEHRAN, Jul. 24 (MNA) – Head of the Iranian Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Alaeddin Boroujerdi reiterated that Iran will not accept any offer to resume talks on JCPOA.

Senior MP Boroujerdi stressed that Iran will never surrender to any renegotiation and the US is better fully comply with Iran nuclear deal.

Noting that no other country involved in signing the deal is willing to accept the US offer to resume talks, and it is isolated in this issue, he said according to Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, “JCPOA is not a mutual agreement that can be abandoned by US or on which talks can be held again.”

Boroujerdi described US President Donald Trump’s remarks about renegotiation on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, a kind of cunning policy, an illogical measure.

"When a document is signed by all parties after months of negotiations, and when the UN Security Council confirms it with a new resolution, it would not make sense to talk about it again,” he noted, adding, “the Islamic Republic will never accept such an illogical proposal".

He also referred to the recent talks between Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and the 5+1 Group at the 8th joint meeting of JCPOA in Vienna, and said "in the talks, the US was virtually isolated and had no choice but to fully comply with the deal.”
