TEHRAN, Jun. 10 (MNA) – Karaj deputy governor said a trade delegation from Alborz Province is scheduled to visit Poland, Estonia and Germany soon in a bid to boost commercial relations.

Abdollah Kamkar, Deputy Governor of Karaj for Economic and Development Affairs, said the Alborz Chamber of Commerce has launched extensive trade and economic relations with European countries following implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

“Alborz Province has so far hosted 30 trade-economic delegations from all over the world, Europe in particular,” he continued.

In the previous Iranian calendar year (ended March 20), governor and Chamber of Commerce of the Iranian province invited delegations from Poland, Estonia and Rhineland-Palatinate state of Germany and signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) for reinvigoration of bilateral ties, Kamkar continued.

The official also noted that Alborz Chamber of Commerce had received the necessary license from Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines & Agriculture (ICCIMA) to deploy a delegation to Poland, Estonia and Germany on June 25 to July 01.

The visit aims at learning about economic structure of the region as well as investigating venues for expansion of commercial and economic relations with the three European countries.
