BAKU, Aug. 07 (MNA) – President Ilham Aliyev of Republic of Azerbaijan has welcomed President Hassan Rouhani of Iran who arrived in Baku on Sunday. The hub of trilateral talks is Zağulba Bağları, a presidential complex near Baku.
