In a press conference held here yesterday, Mohammad Farshad ,political deputy of Kerman Governor General Office elaborated on different programs of the celebration.
Farshad stated that the celebration will embrace several festivals aiming to encourage the youth, pull domestic and foreign tourists to various beautiful sites and promote tourism industry in the region.
The celebration comprises several festivals of tourism films in Bam Citadel, handicrafts and food in Kerman, kilim in Sirjan, walnut in Bafq as well as date and pistachio.
The Family Rally Competition is also due to be held on September 2-3 in the province, he concluded.
"The province is home to a total of 110 historical works, 160 cultural religious sites and it also enjoy unique desert site being located in Lout Desert,” said Farshad.
