The news is available both in Persian and English languages, with Arabic and French soon to be launched as well.
Participating in the opening ceremony, agency head Reza Karimi said that the agency was launched to develop information dissemination and create a change in the field of university activities.
“The agency can act as the largest, most comprehensive, and extraordinary academic media among Islamic countries.”
The agency will be a bridge between universities, students, and academics, he said adding that, “The agency is also organized to be active in several departments of Azad University.”
Azad University Dean Abdullah Jasbi as well as a representative of the Supreme Leader, Hojjatoleslam Qomi spoke at the opening ceremony.
