“Karbala” religious play caravan in Tehran

TEHRAN, Dec. 26 (MNA) – Ta'zieh is a religious ritual drama in which the events of Karbala and the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, grandson to Prophet of Islam (PBUH) in 680 AD are enacted. The Iranian love watching Tazieh, since by doing so, they review their religious duties in upholding equality, supporting the oppressed, and fighting the tyranny.
