Beauties of nature along Aras River

TABRIZ, East Azerbaijan Prov., Nov. 20 (MNA) --The Aras River rises in the mountains south of Erzurum, Turkey, and flows east to join the Kura River in Azerbaijan about 120 km from its mouth. Given its total length (1,072 km) and a basin that covers an area of 102,000 km², it is one of the largest rivers of the Caucasus forming the boundary between Armenia and Azerbaijan (on the north) and Turkey and Iran (south).
