TEHRAN, Nov. 11 (MNA) -- Golestan Palace is one of the oldest historic monuments of the capital city of Tehran, which dates back to Qajar dynasty. The royal complex includes Talar-e Aineh (Hall of Mirror) and Takht-e Marmar (Marble Throne).

 

Talar-e Aineh (Hall of Mirror) is famous for its extraordinary mirror works.Takht-e Marmar (Marble Throne) was built by order of Fath Ali Shah Qajar. Adorned with paintings, yellow marbles, tile-work, mirrors, woodcarvings, and lattice windows; the throne and the hall are clear manifestations of Iranian great architecture.
