Conference of women scientists of Islamic world opens

TEHRAN, Jan. 28 (MNA) – The first International Conference of Women Scientists from the Islamic World kicked off in Tehran on Wednesday. A number of female scientists from 37 Islamic countries have taken part in the two-day meeting. The meeting is hosted by the Science Ministry.

Current MP Gholam-Ali Hadad Adel who held the post of speaker in the previous parliament is present at the confernece. Hadad Adel who currently chairs the Majlis Cultural Committee is a trained philosopher.
