Ali Akbar Jalali said that 75 percent of the world populations are passive, 12 percent are practical with no theoretical perspective, 12 percent are creative with no practical experiences and only one percent of the world’s population is creative and innovative.
On the Information Technology, the founder of the first Iranian Internet village, Shahkooh, said that all the university students should be provided with electronic equipment for storing information.
The member of the Asia Pacific Center of Educational Innovation for Development (ACEID) also said that no efforts should be spared to realize “Innovation and Flourishing” in the current Iranian lunar year.
