VIDEO: Belgian police slaps handcuffed woman during arrest

TEHRAN, Sep. 16 (MNA) – Footage shows a Belgian police officer slapping a handcuffed woman during her arrest in Nivelles after she showed slight resistance while being placed in a police van.
