In a series of statements, the Lebanese resistance movement said it fired rockets at the settlements of Manara and Kiryat Shmona in northern Israel.
Hezbollah also said it struck an Israeli military vehicle with a guided missile in the southern Lebanese town of Taybeh and carried out a drone attack on an Israeli force in the same area.
The movement said the attacks were in retaliation for repeated Israeli violations of the ceasefire.
A ceasefire came into force since early on Wednesday when the US President Donald Trump agreed to ten-point ceasefire proposal from Iran, replacing his 15-point proposal. The two-week ceasefire is mediated by Pakistan.
According to the Iranian ten-point proposal agreed by the US, Lebanon is an integral part of the ceasefire.
