On the sideline of the cabinet meeting, Iranian Oil Minister Javad Owji stated that all capable domestic companies have participated in the 28th Tehran International Oil and Gas Expo.
Owji stated that the 13th Iranian administration is not dependent on foreigners and the JCPOA, using the capacity of domestic contractors.
Iran also plans to increase oil production to more than 5.5 million barrels and gas to more than 1.25 billion cubic meters.
He continued that the number of knowledge-based companies has reached more than 676, adding that nearly a thousand contracts worth 1 billion dollars have been signed with these companies.
