Protestors in Occupied Lands call for poisoner exchange deal

TEHRAN, Jan. 24 (MNA) – Protests in Occupied Lands continue against the Netanyahu-led regime, with massive women's protesters on Wednesday calling for a prisoners exchange deal.

Protesters from women’s groups calling for an immediate deal to secure the release of Zionist regime's prisoners held in Gaza blocked a number of junctions and streets across the country as part of a day of action, Times of Israel reported.

The central protest by women’s groups will be held in Tel Aviv this evening, the regime's media further said.

Israel launched hostilities in Gaza following a historic operation by the Gaza-based Hamas Resistance group against the occupying entity in retaliation for its intensified atrocities against the Palestinian people. More than 100 days into the campaign, the regime has achieved no objectives despite killing at least 25,490 people in Gaza, around 70 percent of them women and children.

The United States has supplied Israel with weapons and intelligence support and blocked UN resolutions calling for a humanitarian ceasefire in the Palestinian territory.
