Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has joined huge crowds in Istanbul, for the first Friday prayers at Hagia Sophia since the 1,500-year-old former church was turned back into a mosque.
TEHRAN, Jul. 25 (MNA) – After more than eight decades as a museum, Istanbul’s iconic Hagia Sophia held Islamic prayer services for the first time in 86 years.
