Iran to launch 1st TV channel for Africa

TEHRAN, Oct. 03 (MNA) – Islamic Republic of Iran’s Hausa Satellite Television, Hausa TV, which is Iran’s first television channel dedicated to Africa, will soon begin its activities.

The network, which works under the supervision of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting World Service, is to begin its activities in the virtual world and social networks in the first phase.

After a short while, the satellite broadcasting of Hausa TV will go on stream in Hausa and English languages.

The network’s programs will include different shows, documentaries, news, reports as well as movies and series.
