Zarif arrives in Prague

TEHRAN, Nov. 11 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, who is on his tour of Eastern Europe, arrived in Czech capital city of Prague, the third stop of his EE tour, late on Thursday.

Mohammad Javad Zarif, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, who left Slovak capital city of Bratislava after meeting with the senior officials of the Slovakia, arrived in Czech capital city of Prague, the third stop of his Eastern European tour, late on Thursday. 

In Prague, the chief of Iran’s diplomacy will meet with a host of top Czech officials including his Czech counterpart, Lubomír Zaorálek, Czech President Miloš Zeman and Czech Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka.

Zarif who is heading a 30 strong delegation of businessmen and trade activists is eyeing to cement economic improvement relations for Iran after the groundbreaking deal of Iran and the sextet (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council – the United States, France, Britain, China and Russia – plus Germany) signed in July 14, 2015 in Vienna of Austria.

The top diplomat of Iran started his regional tour of Eastern Europe on Wednesday in Romanian capital city of Bucharest. A day earlier he was in Beirut to offer congratulations to the Lebanese top officials including the newly elected President Aoun for the resolution of the crisis in the Arab country.
