Kenyan speaker in Tehran for parliamentary ties

TEHRAN, Sep. 24 (MNA) – Heading a high-ranking delegation, Justin Muturi arrived in Tehran on Friday at the official invitation of Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani.

Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, the Iranian Parliament's General Director for International Affairs, welcomed the Speaker of the National Assembly of Kenya Justin Muturi at the airport on Friday.

During his 3-day visit to Tehran, Muturi will hold talks with Iranian counterpart Ali Larijani and other senior Iranian officials on issues of mutual interest.

The official is scheduled to discuss parliamentary and bilateral relations as well as regional and international developments with Iranian officias.
