The Hose in Bangladesh Intl. Children’s Filmfest

TEHRAN, Dec. 27 (MNA) – Iranian short film The Hose will be showcased at International Children’s Film Festival, Bangladesh.

Iranian short film The Hose directed by Mansour Forouzesh and starring Sirous Hemmati and Kasra Jourabloo will be screened at International Children’s Film Festival, Bangladesh.

Founded in 2008, International Children’s Film Festival is the biggest filmfest in Bangladesh annually open to films from different countries worldwide.

Sponsored by Bangladesh Association of Children and UNICEF, the festival will be held from 24-30 January 2015.



The Hose is a 15-minute movie narrating the story of punishing a child who is not able to speak. The Hose is produced and directed by Mansour Forouzesh in 2014.

Experiencing its seventh presence in international events, The Hose was formerly displayed at New Directors/New Films Festival in Portugal. It was also nominated for Best Short Film at an International Short Film Festival in India.
