TEHRAN, Aug. 18 (MNA) – The Israeli prime minister refused to meet with UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy during the British minister’s visit to occupied Palestine on Friday, Zionist sources reported.

Zionist media said Netanyahu was angered by the new British government’s decision to drop a challenge to the International Criminal Court’s jurisdiction to issue an arrest warrant for the Israeli prime minister.

The reports have not been officially confirmed so far.

Lammy and his French counterpart Stephane Sojourne on Friday paid a visit to occupied Palestine to invite Tel Aviv to stop the war in Gaza and reduce tension in the region.
