TEHRAN, May 21 (MNA) – The head of Hamas' bureau in Iran, Khaled Al-Qaddumi, has described late Iranian President Raeisi and Foreign Minister Amir-Abdollahian as two figures who have followed resistance diplomacy in the region.

Addressing the people in Qom late on Monday, Al-Qaddumi extended his condolences over the martyrdom of President Raeisi and his entourage to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and Iranians.

Honoring the late Iranian President Raeisi and Foreign Minister Amir-Abdollahian, he highlighted that they were two prominent political figures who followed resistance diplomacy in the region.

Al-Qaddumi underlined that martyr Amir-Abdollahian used all capacities to support the Palestinian people after Operation Al-Aqsa Storm.

Describing President Raeisi as a tireless man on the path to serving the people, he highlighted that there were few characters like him in the field of action to solve problems.

He went on to say that the martyr president’s policy was the same as that of the Leader of the Revolution and the lovers of the Islamic Revolution in different parts of the world, adding, "The Resistance Front in the region will continue the path of this dear martyr."

President Raeisi was clear in defending the oppressed Palestinian nation, condemned the brutal crimes of the occupying Zionist regime in various international arenas, and called on the Nation of Islam to stand up against this bloodthirsty enemy with solidarity and integrity, he said.
