TEHRAN, Feb. 14 (MNA) – Vice-President for Science and Technology Ruhollah Dehghani Firouzabadi said Iran is discussing the establishment of a joint science and technology park with Uzbekistan.

Ruhollah Dehghani Firouzabadi, Vice-President for Science and Technology said on Wednesday Iran is discussing the establishment of a joint science and technology park with Uzbekistan.

Dehghani further stated that in talks with the Uzbek side, a site for a science and technology park was determined which will probably be in the city of Samarkand and next to this city's university.

He added that the interactions for the exact location of the science and technology park between Iran and Uzbekistan and the call to attract companies are ongoing and the work in this regard will be done before June.
