TEHRAN, Jan. 26 (MNA) – A bus accident in the Turkish city of Kastamonu has left six people dead and 33 injured, according to Governor Meftun Dalli.

Six people died in a bus accident in Türkiye, APA reports quoting TRT Haber.

As a result of the accident, another 33 people were injured.

The bus, whose driver has not yet been identified, went out of control and overturned into a field in Alatarla village, APA reports.

Upon notice, many gendarmerie, fire brigade, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.

According to preliminary findings, it was determined that 4 people died and many people were injured in the accident.

The injured people who were taken out of the bus by the teams are being transferred to surrounding hospitals.
