Iran’s Minister of Agriculture Mohammad Ali Nikbakht in a meeting with the Kazakh deputy prime minister expressed his satisfaction with the trend of progress of talks in the joint commission meeting of the two countries and said that the constructive talks indicate the firm determination of the high-ranking authorities of the two countries for the all-out development of relations in various fields.
Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi has given priority to enhancing trade and economic relations with neighboring and like-minded states, he said, reiterating that the outcome of the joint commission held between the two countries is solid evidence of the firm determination of the two countries in securing national and common interests based on the friendship of nations.
Iran has achieved eye-catching progress in different fields over the past 45 years, he said, adding that the country is leading in the fields of healthcare and treatment, training, production of medicine, treatment of various kinds of diseases, and medical tourism.
Turning to the first Iran-Kazakhstan Joint Economic Cooperation Commission, he said Iran intends to expand its agricultural relations with other countries.
At the end of the meeting, the cooperation document of the 19th Iran-Kazakhstan Joint Economic Cooperation Commission meeting and the road map for increasing the trade-economic relations between the two countries to $3 billion were inked between Iran’s minister of agriculture and the Kazakh deputy prime minister.
