TEHRAN, Oct. 22 (MNA) – Iran’s High Council for Human Rights Kazem Gharibabadi says that a lawsuit will be filed against the Israeli regime's officials for their decades-long crimes.

The criminal case will be filed against the Tel Aviv regime's officials for their crimes against humanity, war crimes, genocide actions, and other hostile moves, according to Gharibabadi.

Other cases will be filed regarding the crimes committed by the officials of this regime against the Iranian nation, such as the assassination of scientists and other acts of terrorism and sabotage, he added.

The Iranian official further stressed that the follow-up of complaints filed in the courts of other countries against the Zionist regime by independent lawyers who support Palestine is another action that is being pursued in different countries.

He also stressed the need for establishing a legal center for documenting the crimes of the Israeli regime.
