TEHRAN, Apr. 11 (MNA) – The 7th National Toy Festival was inaugurated in Tehran on Sunday in presence of Minister of Education Yousef Nouri and CEO of Institute for Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults (IIDCYA) Mehdi Ali Akbarzadeh.
