TEHRAN, Aug. 29 (MNA) – Iranian para judoka Vahid Nouri claimed the gold medal of men’s -90kg at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics.

In the final match of the event, Nouri defeated E. Stewart of Great Britain to win the gold medal.

Earlier on Sunday, Mokhtari had also won a silver medal in shot put.

Iran now ranks 17 in the medal table with two gold and three silver medals.
