TEHRAN, Sep. 01 (MNA) – Chefs are an important part of every restaurant as they develop recipes, manage the kitchen staff, deal with inventory and vendors, and are ultimately responsible for what ends up on a guest's plate.

Executive Chef (Head Chef): The executive chef is the boss of the kitchen and there is usually only one per restaurant (or chain).
