Bandar Abbas bazaar empty of crowds amid coronavirus

BANDAR ABBAS, Mar. 15 (MNA) – This time of the year, a few days before the Iranian New Year, the Bandar Abbas bazaar in Hormozgan, on the southern coast of Iran, would be full of people doing some shopping for the Norouz holidays. This year though, in an effort to slow the spread of the coronavirus, people are being asked to avoid crowds and stay home.
