TEHRAN, May 07 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif will leave Tehran for Moscow tonight to meet and hold talks with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on Wednesday.

The Iranian and Russian diplomats will discuss bilateral ties as well as regional and international developments at their upcoming meeting.

According to Russian Foreign Ministry, the ministers are expected to talk on the key regional and international issues, including the Syrian settlement, the Caspian Sea region, South Caucasus, central Asia, Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Venezuela and several other topics.
