TEHRAN, Nov. 27 (MNA) –The Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif will attend the 28 November ministerial conference in Geneva, co-chaired by the Afghan Government and the UN.

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Ghasemi said on Monday afternoon that Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif will attend the international Afghanistan conference in Geneva, which will kick off tomorrow and will wrap up on Wednesday.

Ghasemi said that in addition to attending the important international conference, Zarif is planned to meet and hold talks with several international officials and political figures including the High Commissioner for Human Rights, EU Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Afghanistan, WIPO General Director, and some other foreign authorities.
