MOSCOW, Nov. 18 (MNA) – The Russian Foreign Ministry said the report of OPCW on Syria was drafted with numerous violations and is contrary to the provisions of the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) and the OPCW’s principles of confidentiality.

The Russian ministry said it had obtained information about a planned memorandum between the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and the UN-facilitated international mechanism.

“The very fact of the appearance of this document and its content raises a number of serious questions,” the ministry said in a statement quoted by the Russian Sputnuik news agency.
