TEHRAN, Aug. 03 (MNA) – Iranian MP Heshmatollah Falahatpisheh told Mehr News correspondent that US leaders do not have a specific strategy for war against Iran since they know that Iran differs from other countries and they fear for costs of this war.

In response to recent US President’s call for meeting with Iranian officials without any precondition and also the contradictory remarks of US Secretary of States in this regard, Falahatpisheh highlighted that the reason for this contradiction is that the issue of negotiation and dialogue is only raised verbally by the American leaders, and they have not come up with a specific measure in this regard.

US is under pressure from other countries, specifically Europeans, for violating diplomacy, the Chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the Iranian Parliament said, adding, “so, they raise the issue of dialogue with Iran but do not have any defined strategy for the dialogue.”

“Additionally, they cannot have a specified strategy for war against Iran since Iran is a country different from others, and that American leaders fear for the costs of this war.”

“I believe that eventually, Americans will be forced to follow diplomacy with Iran, since past experiences proves that the Islamic Republic does not succumb to unjust demands,” he added.
