TEHRAN, Jun. 06 (MNA) – The US Statement Department spokesman Heather Nauert has responded to Yesterday's declaration by Iran to increase its capacity for uranium enrichment.

“If the IAEA believes that that is taking place, we believe that the IAEA will report that back to its board of governors, and also, to the United Nations, so we’ll just await that, if that has, in fact, ended up happening in Iran,” the US Statement Department spokesman Heather Nauert was report by Washington Post as saying on Tuesday.

She stressed that according to the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s 12 conditions set for Iran, Tehran should stop enrichment.
In response to a question whether the US has faced any problems in obtaining information about Iran nuclear activities after its withdrawal from Iran nuclear deal, she said that a global campaign has been designed to put pressure on Iran, and now delegations from the United States are discussing the issue with its partners in the west and central Europe.

The US Department of State spokeswoman added that the United States remains a unique global power and is not worried about its ability to obtain information for any decisions on Iran.

She also said that the United States enjoys a lot of economic leverage to put immense pressure on other countries to accompany it against Iran.

Ali Akbar Salehi, head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), announced yesterday that the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran had notified the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) of its plans to boost uranium enrichment capacity a day after Iran’s Leader ordered officials to get prepared to increase enrichment if the nuclear deal fails.
