TEHRAN, Dec. 30 (MNA) – Senior experts of Iran and Armenia have stressed the need to strengthen specialized political relations and cooperation between the two countries.

At a session in Yerevan, political experts from Noravank Scientific and Educational Center and Iran’s Institute for Political and International Studies shared their views on the latest developments and issues in Central Asia and Caucasus.

The forum also discussed bilateral relations between Iran and Armenia in a bid to enhance mutual cooperation.

The two sides stressed on paying visits to the two countries to exchange views on regional and international developments. They also welcomed joint research projects in various fields, including politics, economy and culture.

The Armenian and Iranian political experts also emphasized that the two countries should boost their ties in the framework of bilateral interests.
